We’re grateful for the recognition, and even more for the people who made it possible. It came through years of learning and being more deliberate about the kind of company we want to be. We’re proud to be part of a recognised global movement of responsible businesses.
Easier paths exist and, as a small business, not choosing them comes with significant trade-offs. Yet we choose a different way to lead because our work inevitably shapes products, services, and experiences that reach everyday lives. We’re deeply aware that how we act and advise sets off a chain of effects that impact both people and the environment. Being a B Corp makes that commitment visible.
Certified B Corps are for-profit businesses that meet the highest social, environmental, and transparency standards. Getting here took time: new office policies, reorganising how we recruit, train, and nurture staff; reorienting our business towards more meaningful outcomes; and shifting how we advise our clients.
This milestone reflects the qualities, efforts, and contributions of our team members, past and present. It also reflects the conviction of our clients, friends, and co-conspirators who push with us to improve what exists, to outdo the odds in our bid to improve the status quo.
Our heartfelt appreciation also goes to the B Corp community for leading by example, helping, and inspiring us along the way.
